1. Our Service

We prepare, package, and deliver food, snacks, and drinks to students within our delivery area. Menu items and prices may change at any time.
 

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through our official ordering system.
Prices are shown at checkout.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
 

3. Delivery

Delivery times may vary.
You must be available at the location you provide.
If we cannot reach you, your order may be canceled without a refund.
 

4. Refunds

Refunds are only given if:

• The wrong item was delivered

• The order never arrived

• The food was in unacceptable condition

Requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery.
 

5. Allergies

We handle common allergens (dairy, wheat, nuts, etc.) and cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. Please check ingredients before ordering.
 

6. Customer Conduct

You agree not to misuse our service or provide false information.
We may refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
 

7. Liability

We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues caused by incorrect information, or reactions to food.
 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
